Kids Tap Dancing Classes in Singapore

Kids love learning new skills and are so quick to pick up on anything they are taught, and tap dancing is no different. Tap dancing is a fun, educational way of exercising that teaches young kids rhythm, style, and coordination. There is so much more to dancing than just showing up to class and learning, and our teachers take the time to help each student grow and become the best dancer they can be.

Tap Dancing Classes for Kids of All Ages

At Stepping Out Studios, we offer tap dancing classes to children as young as four years old. The younger they begin, the better as they are quick to learn and eager to try something new. It’s also a bigger advantage for younger children as they have more time to grow and learn. Our Little Stars classes are for four and five year olds and offers the option of learning tap dancing and jazz or ballet and jazz.

For all other students over the age of five, we have a variety of tap dancing classes with various schedules to help accommodate as many students as possible. We teach all levels, from beginner to competition level, and attend competitions throughout the year that allow our students the chance to compete against other dancers. Competition training takes a lot of time and practice but can be so rewarding for each student as they continue to learn and grow in tap dancing as well as other dance styles.
