Dance Fit

This class is suitable for beginners and advanced dancers alike. Incorporating cardio, stretch and strength fitness exercises to modern music we will finish the class with a fun combo. This is the perfect class for enjoyment and assists with overall stamina. Challenge yourself and see the improvement through the year.

Our Dance Fit classes are held at 8.30pm on Monday evenings.
